It is important to make sure you are using the latest version. This will ensure you benefit from the most recent features and performance improvements.
Most devices will automatically update at intermittent intervals, but you can choose to disable this feature.
Step 1. Find the app in the app store for your device
The app is available on iOS and Android devices. Visit the relevant app store for your device and search for QUOODA to find our app. Direct links to the application pages are available below as well.
Step 2. Update the application
If an update is available, then there will be an ‘Update’ button on this page. If you have the latest version installed, you will see an option to ‘Open’ the app, rather than ‘Update’.
IMPORTANT
In November 2022 a new QUOODA® app was released. If you are not seeing 'Update' or 'Open' as options but you are seeing 'Install' instead this means you are using the old app. The old app is no longer supported, you must upgrade to the new app immediately by following the steps below:
- If you can, upload everything you are already working on within the old app. Any work not uploaded will be irretrievably lost when you uninstall
- Uninstall the app currently installed on your device
- Install the new app using the links above
