This guide will show you how to open and log in to the mobile app.
If you have not installed the application yet please see our installing the mobile app help page.
Step 1. Find the app on your device
Within the apps on your device locate the QUOODA® icon. Tap on this icon to open the app.
Step 2. Log into the application
You need to enter 3 different pieces of information to access the app:
- The ‘your company’ section of the web URL to your QUOODA® site. The .quooda.com part of the URL is already completed
- Your username or email address
- Your password
Once you have entered these details, click Login.
If logging in for the first time, the app will need to download the checklist templates relevant to you and will take a short while to load these.
TOP TIPS
- If you need to reset your password, please see our reset your password help page.
- You will remain logged into the app for 7 days. If you are working offline, you will be allowed 14 days before you have to connect and log in again.
- If your login expires your company URL and username will remain pre-filled and you will only need to add your password. If you press the logout button all details will be removed to allow another person to log in with different credentials.
