The checklist module stores every checklist type for every asset.
This page will show you how to navigate this module to find what you need and access previous checklists. We cover more details on completing checklists on the record a new checklist page. You can also complete checklists via our mobile app.
Step 1. Go to checklists on the main menu
Step 2. Choose the relevant checklist
You will be presented with a number of checklist categories, within each category can be a number of checklists. The exact options you see will depend on the checklists your organisation uses and which of those they have provided you access to complete.
Please contact your internal QUOODA system administrator if you are not seeing within the display a particular checklist category or template you require access to.
Step 3. Find the checklist you want to view
You will be able to see checklists that have been completed for the properties you have permission to. You can search and filter the data table to find the checklist you need.
Step 4. View or distribute the checklist
Checklists are available in PDF format and can be downloaded by clicking on the red PDF icon. You can also preview the checklist or send it to someone via email using the options available under the 3-dot button.
Step 5. Amend the record?
You will only be able to amend a checklist that is in a draft status. Published checklists are final and cannot be amended.
If you need to amend the checklist record, click on the row to open.
Once you have made the updates, click on ‘Draft’ or ‘Publish’ to save your changes.
To exit without saving any changes, click ‘Close’.
