Checklist information within the mobile app can only be seen by you. Once you have successfully uploaded that data to QUOODA® you can delete it on your device.
This can be done by clicking on the red bin icon next to the entry on the uploads tab but there is also a setting available which will automatically clear successful uploads after a prescribed period. This help page explains how you can enable this.
Please note: unnecessarily retained data from successful uploads can cause performance issues.
Step 1. Go to the settings area within the app.
Settings are located in the top right corner, click on the ... icon.
Step 2. Enable the automatic published checklist deletion
Switch the feature on using the toggle button
Step 3. Set a retention period
Successful checklists will be retained for a period of your choosing. You can use the – and + buttons to set the number of retention days between 14 and 28 days. Set a limit that you are comfortable with and you may wish to check the data within QUOODA® matches in that time period before the deletion from the app.
Step 4. Exit settings
Now that you have set up the auto delete, you can exit settings using the back arrow in the top left corner to continue using the app.
The auto-delete will trigger when the templates on your device are refreshed. This happens:
- Automatically every time you load the app
- You can manually refresh by following the steps on this linked page
