When you create an account you will be asked to create a security question and answer which you can use to reset your password should you forget it.
We cover how to do this on the new user account set up page. If you forget your question or answer, we would recommend you amend it by following the steps on this page.
Step 1. Go to the user preferences and change password area of your account
You will need to be logged in to QUOODA® to complete this. The User preference and change password area of your account can be accessed using the button with a person and a cog on it, from the top right of the screen.
Step 2. Select the change security question tab
You can amend a number of personal settings from this area. Select the ‘Change Security Question’ tab.
Step 3. Amend the question
From here you can edit the question and your answer. You do not need to change the question if you do not want to, you can just add a new answer.
You will need to enter your password as a security measure.
Step 4. Save
Once you are happy, click save.
If you enter the wrong password you will see a Save unsuccessful. Incorrect Password error. Please correct the password and try again.
