Property Record Navigation
Our April release sees the first of multiple improvements being made to all our forms. We are embarking on a journey to separate search facilities from our forms with the Property records being the first item to benefit from this change.
The navigation change is part of a larger project to standardise system behaviour and access new technologies to facilitate future improvements.
Upon selection, the Property record now opens on its own form, you can navigate back to the search or use the existing menu to access another Property.
There is a new option to open multiple properties in new tabs by right-clicking on the property grid and selecting that option:

Role Security Permissions
We are continuing to improve role security to simplify our security model. We are introducing changes gradually with a view to simplifying the user setup process for QUOODA®.
This month, the ‘Read’ tick box for a row will now automatically be enabled every time ‘Add’/’Edit’/’Delete’/’View History’/’Un-Delete’/’Archive’ is enabled, as well as ensuring that removing Read only disables those permissions.
Compliance Restrictions – Role Security
Following our last release’s Compliance Restrictions functionality, we have implemented an option for the superusers to give or remove access to all compliance rules for a single role.
Superusers can do so by either ticking or un-ticking the ‘Document Compliance’ – ‘Read’ box and clicking on ‘Save’. A pop-up will appear to confirm whether access should be given/taken away:
