Compliance Restrictions
Our March release introduces the ability to restrict the visibility of chosen compliance rules from selected user roles.
Admin users can now navigate to Settings > Compliance > Compliance, select a rule they wish to restrict, navigate to the ‘Security’ tab of the Compliance record and select roles to provide access/visibility or un-select roles to remove access/visibility from the rule. You can see this process in full detail on the adding a compliance rule help page.
Users without access to rules will not be able to see any data related to the Compliance rule within the Compliance module, Dashboard, and Asset records.
