The Compliance Dashboard gives various views of the compliance within your system across your entire portfolio range.
Step 1. Go to reports within the Toolbar
The reports button is the pie chart icon.
Step 2. Select the Compliance Dashboard
Step 3. Filtering the data
You can filter the data by selecting the filter option on the top right of the page. Filtering options include compliance type and compliance rules which will help users track trends within specific rules. You can also filter by areas like managing agents, portfolios or specific properties.
You can clear your search filters and return to the non-filtered view by clicking the icon in between the two arrows on the top right, it is a rectangle with an x through it.
Step 4. Including Sub Assets in the results.
You can click the toggle at the top next to the filter button to include sub-assets associated with your filters in the report, by default they will not be included.
Step 5. Navigating the Compliance Dashboard
The Compliance Dashboard is broken down into different tabs. Overall, Performance, Leagues, Trends, Source Table and Not Included.
Overall
The overall tab gives users a high-level overview of compliance within the system. It shows percentages of documents uploaded per portfolio as well as compliance percentage per portfolio and the number of properties per compliance. Users can simply click the charts to get a more detailed view.
Performance
The performance area is broken down into two tabs, Document Uploaded Performance and Compliance Performance. This will give users insight into the proportions of documents uploaded within each managing agent as well as by portfolio, sub-portfolio etc.
Leagues
The Leagues tab allows you to see which portfolios, managing agents and primary contacts are performing best in terms of documents uploaded and documents in date.
Trends
Trends will show compliance statistics over time to see if things are improving It will also break this information down to show overall changes by percentile.
Source Table
The source table will show the data that the graphs from the previous tabs are based on in tabular form. You can filter within this section by simply clicking the different sections of the table.
Not Included
This tab will show information on assets that are not linked to compliance rules, if you have toggled the sub-assets, these non-linked sub-assets will also appear here.
Step 6. Exporting the data
The report can be printed using the print icon in the top menu.
