The combined dashboard will give you an overview of all the different areas of QUOODA.
Step 1. Go to Reports within the toolbar
The reports button is the pie chart icon.
Step 2. Select the Combined Dashboard option
Step 3. Filtering the data
You can filter the data within these pages, by date or by managing agent, property etc. This feature is located on the top right of the screen.
Filtering by date is the blue calendar button at the top right of the dashboard. You will get multip pre-configured options to allow you to filter specific dates, or ranges.
Click the filter button just to the right of that for more options. The first page will have the option to filter by managing agent and portfolio. If you click the second page you can filter by like property, risk status and more. You can use 'Ctrl+Click' to select multiple items in the same filter.
To remove the filter you can use the 'Undo' button which is on the right of the blue buttons above. The button between the undo and redo arrows will clear all filters so you can start again.
Step 4. Browse the data
The combined dashboard will show you a high-level overview of different areas within QUOODA. These are broken down into the following tabs:
Corporate
Will show an overview of all the areas of QUOODA including Risks, Document Compliance, Properties and Incidents.
Risks
The Risks section will focus on Risks, this can show crucial information and trends, for example initial risk rating to current risk rating, as well as risks status outside KPI's.
Incidents
Incidents will show a variety of information associated with the incidents. For example top injury types, major and minor comparisons and trends. You can click each section to gain further insight into the area selected.
Compliance
Compliance will show compliant and non compliant figures as well as compliance trends. You can click on any of the areas to investigate further.
Risk/Incident Map
This will show risks and incidents within a map and per region and addresses.
