The Incident Dashboard provides a management overview analysis of all the adverse events that have been registered within QUOODA.
Step 1. Accessing The Incident Dashboard
Go to the toolbar and select the reports button. From here, select the Incident Dashboard.
TOP TIP: We would recommend clearing any filters from the report when it first loads using the button near the top right with an icon of a sheet of paper with an X in the corner.
Step 2. Filtering the Data
You can filter the data by selecting the filter option on the top right of the page.
As you select options, they will be highlighted green. You can use ‘Ctrl+Click’ to select multiple items within a section. Should any other options become grey after selecting a filter, that means that no data of that type exists within the existing filter selections.
There is a selection of date filters available by clicking on the calendar icon
To the right of the date filters is a funnel icon with additional filter options. These include portfolio, managing agent, property, incident type and RIDDOR reportable incidents.
Once filters are selected, you will be able to see a summary of those filters in the Selection bar just underneath the section titles.
To clear all filters, you can use the icon of a sheet of paper with an X in the corner. There is also the option to Undo/Redo your most recent filter changes using the arrow buttons on either side of the clear filters button.
Data Overview
The Incident Dashboard is broken down into 6 main sections, each providing a different set of information which will be useful for reporting functionality.
TOP TIP: Right-clicking on any graph or table in any of these sections will provide you several options for exporting the data. Where the data is displayed on a chart, you can also ‘Fast Change’ the way the data is displayed to another chart type.
Executive Summary
The executive summary will show Adverse Events by type, subtype and also show trends in months by type. You can click on the graph segments to gain further information and drill down to specific areas. That action applies the segment you have clicked on as a filter to the report. To clear that filter selection, you can use the ‘Clear filters’ button or Undo/Redo as explained in Step 2.
Comparison
The comparison page allows users to select from a range of different dates, from year to month and even specific days. Users can then compare this data to other dates. This could be useful for spotting overall trends between the years, or even comparing adverse events across days of the week. In this example, we are comparing events in Q4 of 2023 to events in Q4 of 2024. To clear your filter selection, you can use the ‘Clear filters’ button or Undo/Redo as explained in Step 2.
Detail
The details tab will give a high-level overview of all the Adverse Events in a table format and includes details such as the date of the event, the time of the event and the associated property. It will also display the sub report, for example, was it a slip, trip or fall, or was it an incident involving machinery.
Analytics
The analytics board will give a breakdown of Adverse events related to each property portfolio and show the adverse events by type and month. It will also give a league table to show which portfolios have the highest rates of adverse events.
You can click on a segment of a graph or table to drill down into that area. That action applies the segment you have clicked on as a filter to the report. To clear that filter selection, you can use the ‘Clear filters’ button or Undo/Redo as explained in Step 2.
Trends
The trends dashboard will show you Adverse Events by specific locations and type over time, as well as a breakdown of the location and building type, and also gives a history chart for users to get a more detailed view of trends.
You can click on a segment of a graph or table to drill down into that area. That action applies the segment you have clicked on as a filter to the report. To clear that filter selection, you can use the ‘Clear filters’ button or Undo/Redo as explained in Step 2.
