The cockpit dashboard is an interactive tool within QUOODA® which houses a graphical snapshot of compliance, risks, tasks and incidents.
Accessing the dashboard
On the toolbar at the top, you can access the dashboard by clicking the speedometer icon.
Filtering the data
You can filter by a top-down system starting with managing agents and moving down through portfolios, sub-portfolios and properties.
Some widgets also contain filters specific to the data they represent. The dashboard will automatically update based on your filtering choices.
Risk widget
The Risk Assessment Summary widget shows you a breakdown by the Risk Rating e.g. Substantial, Moderate, etc. This is an interactive pie chart which will show you the risks within the category you have chosen.
Document compliance widget
The document compliance widget has an interactive pie chart. You can click on the sections or the titles to load more details on the records within that slice.
If you have multiple compliance Rag grids set up on the system, you have the option to select and display the compliance figures for the grid of your choice. Click on the drop-down option and select the compliance grid for the data you wish to view. The figures in the display will then change accordingly.
It will also show your compliance documents which expire in the near future to help you keep track.
Where applicable, your cockpit dashboard may also contain a Compliance Verification Summary which will allow users to see verified documents, documents awaiting verification and pending rejections.
Task widget
There is also a widget to show tasks that are overdue and due in the near future. You can click any of these sections and it will redirect you to the relevant detail.
Properties widget
The properties widget has a quick access link to the live properties, the archived properties and any new properties.
