The planner is within the toolbar, it is designed to show you outstanding tasks that are assigned to you.
Step 1. Accessing the Planner
Navigate to the toolbar and select the planner option. There is also a link to the planner on the main home page.
Step 2. Viewing Tasks
You can view the tasks information within the table, the grid will display information such as due date, latest actions etc.
You can quickly filter the options by managing agent, portfolio and sub-portfolio using the options above the table. You can group by any column as well by dragging the column header into the area indicated. As well as these specific options you can use the standard options covered in the searching and filtering data tables help page.
Step 3. Opening Tasks
You can open the tasks in a new tab by clicking the Task ID or the adjacent double boxes.
Step 4. Updating tasks
You can update any task you open directly from the new tab it’s opened in. We explain more about this on the viewing and updating tasks help page.
