Ordering RAG grid rules

By default, the compliance rules will show within a RAG grid in the order the compliance rule was created in QUOODA®. You can re-order the rules on a particular grid by following the steps below.

Please note: Making changes to this order will affect the view of the RAG for all users

Step 1. Go to Settings > Compliance > Compliance Types

Step 2. Select the compliance type relating to the RAG Grid you wish to amend

Step 3. Go to the ‘Rules’ tab within your selected compliance type

Step 4. Re-order

The rules are displayed in the order currently used for that RAG Grid. To re-order:

1. Click and hold on the burger icon in the left-hand column.
2. While you are holding the mouse key, you will be able to drag that compliance rule up or down the list
3. When you have dragged it to the correct location, release the mouse button

Repeat these 3 steps on as many rules as required to correctly order them.

Step 5. Save

Once you are happy with the order, save your changes. The three save options are located at the bottom of the screen.

• Save – This will save the changes but stay on the same screen so you can make further edits
• Save & Close – This will save the changes and close the compliance type window
• Save & New – This will save the changes and then open a fresh compliance type window so you can create a brand new one (see creating a RAG Grid for more details)
