Following the steps on this page will enable you to control risks through the QUOODA mobile app.
To follow the steps on this page, you will need to have found the risk that you would like to control.
Step 1. Control risk
Tap on the ‘Control Risk’ option to load the screen and complete the data below:
- Provide details of the action taken to control the risk
- Attach supporting images (not mandatory). Images can be added in groups of 10. If you need to add more, you can tap the camera icon and repeat this step as many times as required.
- The ‘Completed Date’ will be set to today's date. To amend this, tap on the date and use the calendar to select an alternative date. You will not be able to select a future date.
Once you have completed all of the mandatory fields, the ‘Mark as Controlled’ button will become active, you can tap this to progress.
After you have controlled a risk, you will be taken back to see the remaining uncontrolled risks for that property. The risk you have just controlled will remain visible in the risk menu for up to 15 minutes.
