This guide will show you how to navigate through the risk module of the mobile app to locate the specific risk you would like to action.
Please note: Only Live un-controlled risks can be viewed in the mobile app. Risks that are marked as controlled, or are superseded can only be seen in the QUOODA® Portal.
Step 1. Select a property
When you enter the risks area of the QUOODA® Mobile app you will first be presented with a list of properties.
To search, tap the search bar at the top of the page. You can search on more than just the displayed information, including; Any of the address fields, AR#, Property Reference, Known As, Managing Agent and Portfolio.
Tap on the property of your choice to view the uncontrolled risks for that asset.
Please note: You will only see properties in this display list to which you have been granted access permissions. If you do not see a particular property, please contact your QUOODA superuser/system administrator.
TOP TIP – There is a < arrow in the top left of the screen, you can press this at any point to go back to the previous screen.
Step 2. Risk summary
A summary of the un-controlled risks for the property will be displayed, grouped by risk rating, with the number of risks in that group displayed in brackets. There is also an option to view by Assessment type. You can tap on any option to load the risks within that grouping.
- All - Displays all un-controlled risks associated with this property, regardless of the risk rating level or assessment type.
- Intolerable (or High) – Displays the un-controlled intolerable risks associated with this property, regardless of the assessment type.
- Substantial (or Medium) - Displays the un-controlled substantial risks associated with this property, regardless of the assessment type.
- Moderate (or Low) - Displays the un-controlled moderate risks associated with this property, regardless of the assessment type.
- View by assessment type – Displays further options for the assessment types with un-controlled risks associated with this property, regardless of the risk rating. You can then click on the assessment type you are interested in to load the risks.
Step 3. Find and select a risk
All of the risks within the grouping will be displayed in due date order. In this example we have selected the 'All' group.
You can scroll through the options by swiping the screen.
You can also search the list by tapping on the magnifying glass icon. You can search on the assessment type, any information in the description of the risk, or the risk number.
Once you have found the risk you need, you can tap on it to open it.
Once opened there are a number of options available to you which are explained on other support hub pages:
- Risk overview – A summary of the information available within the risk and how to access it
- Add a new action
- Update an outstanding action required
- Control a risk
