Additional Information on User Performance League Table

The User Performance League Table within the reports section now has 4 additional columns:

  • Percentage of Documents Not Provided: Percentage number of compliance documents that are in Not Provided state for all the properties the user has access to.
  • Percentage of Documents Out of Date: Percentage number of compliance documents that are in Out of Date state for all the properties the user has access to.
  • Outstanding Tasks: Incomplete Tasks Assigned Directly to the user and to the property the user has access to.
  • Outstanding Overdue Tasks: Incomplete Overdue Tasks Assigned Directly to the user and to the property the user has access to.

4 New Rules Introduced to Building Safety Act Grids

We have introduced 4 new rules to our BSA Grids:

Name Frequency
Dry Riser Test Bi-annually
Wet Riser Test Bi-annually
Dry Riser Maintenance Annually
Wet Riser Maintenance Annually

These rules will replace the ‘Dry & Wet Riser Test’ and ‘Dry & Wet Riser Maintenance’ compliance rules for clients that do not have any documentation uploaded for the rules.

For clients who use these rules, these will remain on their system and our team will be reaching out following the release to take you through a recommended process to ensure that they can get the best out of the newly introduced rules.

Clients with BSA functionality enabled will now be able to see these rules on their grids if applicable to a property.

Clients without BSA functionality can add these rules to their existing grids.
