Property Contacts
The October release of QUOODA® introduces a contacts section to the property identification tab.
This improvement allows users to further populate useful information about the property all in one place, laying out crucial foundations for better data collection and analysis.
The following contacts can now optionally be added to any property: Primary Contact, Secondary Contact, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Concierge.
Editing users have the option to select an existing QUOODA contact or add details of a new contact.
Task Character Count
Task Generators on Checklists and Task Descriptions within the Task module now display a character count.
Sub-Assets Included in Full Compliance Report
Sub-assets that are not associated with a property, but are mapped to compliance will is now available on the Full Compliance Report, allowing users to have access to detailed sub-asset compliance data. This is especially useful for those who add non-property-depending sub-assets to the system such as employees and cars.
