From the ‘In Progress’ tab on the mobile app, you can get to any draft checklists you have made on the device you are currently using. From here, you can open them to make further edits or move completed checklists to the upload area.
Step 1. Do you have a checklist in progress?
You will be able to see if you have any 'In Progress’ checklists that require action by the number that shows next to the tab. In the example below, you can see a 2 in a blue circle; this indicates 2 checklists are currently in that status.
Tap on the tab to show the details of those checklists.
Step 2. Are further edits needed?
Any checklists that are ‘In progress’ will need to have all mandatory questions completed before they can be submitted for upload.
- The checklist progress bar will show you how much of the overall checklist has been answered.
- When the bar is green, all mandatory questions are answered
- When the bar is red, at least one mandatory question
TOP TIP – for a more detailed explanation, tap on the ‘?’ icon next to the checklist progress bar.
You can tap on a checklist to review it. Once opened, you can review the content and make any required changes. Please read the completing a checklist help page for detailed instructions.
Step 3. Move to the upload tab
Once you are happy the checklist is complete, you can move it to the uploads tab by tapping the blue cloud icon with an up arrow, which is located in the top right of the checklist information.
Please note: This upload icon will only show once the progress bar is green and all mandatory questions have been answered.
You will see a confirmation message. Please read this message and either:
- Tap ‘OK’ if you wish to confirm and continue
- Tap ‘Cancel’ to abandon moving the checklist to the upload tab
If you choose ‘OK’, the checklist will be removed from the ‘In Progress’ tab. You will now see a notification by the Uploads tab to show that you have further actions to take. Please follow the instructions on the uploads tab help page to continue your upload.
TOP TIP – You can delete an In Progress checklist if you no longer need it. Tap the bin icon at the bottom of each checklist information box. You will then need to confirm you wish to delete the checklist.
