From the ‘Uploads’ tab on the mobile app, you can complete the upload and publish of your checklists from your mobile to QUOODA.
Step 1. Do you have checklists awaiting upload?
You will be able to see if you have any checklists in ‘Uploads’ that require action as a number will show next to the tab. In the example below, you can see a 2 in a blue circle, which indicates 2 checklists queued for upload. If you have a checklist that failed an attempt to upload, the circle will be red.
Tap on the tab to show the details of those checklists. In this area, there are 2 categories of checklists.
- Queued for upload – these are ready to be uploaded to QUOODA®. If an upload has not been attempted, there will be a small icon next to the progress bar with 3 horizontal lines and an x, if you click this you will have the option to move the checklist back to the in progress tab. Once you have attempted to upload a checklist, it can no longer be edited and this icon will be replaced by a trash can to delete the checklist.
- Successfully uploaded – these have been successfully uploaded to QUOODA®.
Step 2. Upload now
Tap the dark blue ‘Upload Now’ button within the ‘queued for upload’ banner.
You will see a confirmation message. Please read this message and either:
- Tap ‘OK’ if you wish to confirm and continue
- Tap ‘Cancel’ to abandon the upload
If you select OK, a progress window will show and inform you what is happening. This will remain in place while the upload is processed.
Step 3. Upload completed
When the progress window closes and the upload attempt is complete the checklist will display the appropriate status.

TOP TIP – It’s important that you do not store too much old data within the app as it can cause slow performance. You can clear successful uploads from your history using the trash can icon next to that checklist. You can also configure the app to automatically delete successfully uploaded checklists via the settings.
