Changes to the checklists and questions they contain can be made by your system administrators at any time. The checklist templates you complete must be up to date on your device.
The templates will be updated every time you log in to the app, but you can also manually refresh the templates if you need to by following the steps below.
Step 1. Swipe down on the screen while on the templates tab
- Once you are logged in to the app and have opened the checklist area there are tabs across the top of the screen. Ensure the templates tab is selected
- While this is selected, swipe down on the screen
- You will see a pop-up showing that the templates are being refreshed. Depending on the quality of the connection and the number of templates you have available, this can take up to 60 seconds to complete
Once the pop-up window closes, your templates are up to date.
