The compliance summary displays compliance information numerically and allows you to drill down into the detail of each asset.
Step 1. Open the compliance summary
You may have multiple compliance templates available for example Golden Thread, Training etc. so this ‘Document’ be vary depending on your system.
Overview of the compliance summary display
The table has a colour-coded box on the left as well as a pie chart on the right.
- Green – Documentation is present and is within a valid date
- Amber – Documentation is present but it is out of date
- Red – No documentation has been provided
The coloured boxes on the left will display with the status of what is missing. This means that even if only one document is missing then the whole box will be coloured red in accordance with the bullet points above. The view will also show you how many documents are out of date, not provided and compliant with a percentage figure.
Pie charts
The pie charts are interactive and you can click on them to open a detailed breakdown of the compliance within that asset. When you click on one of these pie charts the system will open up a new window above the table. Within this, there is a range of options at your disposal.
