The QUOODA® Homepage is split into three areas: Main menu, Toolbar menu and work area. On this help page we will provide an overview of these.
Please Note: Your company can choose to hide menu items from role types within the system. If you need access to one of these features and please contact organisations super user.
Toolbar Menu - Overview
Help Button
The help button will link to our support site where users can seek help through articles or raise support desk tickets.
Set As Home Page Button
If you find yourself using a particular page in QUOODA very frequently you can click this icon which will save the current page that you are on as your home page, so you will have easy access when you log in.
Alerts
Alerts can be set up within QUOODA. These can be set up for your own personal needs or can be used for a wider company alert system.
Tasks
The tasks module houses all the tasks on QUOODA, these will contain all outstanding tasks as well as the tasks which have been completed.
File Store
The file store acts as a filing cabinet for QUOODA, it is where all the documents that are uploaded to the system are organised and stored.
Reporting
The reporting area will allow you to run reports across compliance, incidents and more and then download them as PDF’s.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is a central interactive hub in QUOODA which will allow users to keep up to date with their compliance, risks, tasks and many other areas.
Main Menu - Overview
Assets
This is where your assets will be stored, this will typically include properties, but also may contain sub-assets like lifts, plant and equipment and more.

Assessments
Your Assessments will be stored here, this will include current assessments as well as your older superseded assessments.

Risks
This risks section is divided into All Risks and Uncontrolled Risks. You can see more information on all your risks, update your risks and control your risks from this section.

Compliance
The compliance area is where you will manage your asset compliance through your RAG Grid or Compliance Summary.

Checklists
All your checklists will be stored here, users can create new checklists and see their previously submitted checklists from this area.

Adverse Events
This area is where you can record any adverse events which may affect your buildings, staff and more.
