Release Highlights | 25th July 2023 | Version 2023.14
New Property Fields
This release introduces changes to the Asset > Property record, bringing all crucial information about a property together, in a more logical structure.
The changes include the moving of some existing QUOODA® fields into the Identification tab, as well as the addition of fields to capture any alternative address for the property, if applicable.
This improvement is a part of our ongoing commitment to increase consistency and allow for the capture of more information for properties within QUOODA®.
Compliance Migration Tool
This powerful new feature allows super users to migrate Compliance Rules together, bringing over all related documents and history into one rule. It's especially useful where duplicate rules exist across multiple RAG Grids.
For QUOODA® Admin users with permission to migrate compliance rules, a ‘Migrate’ column will appear within 'Settings > Compliance > Compliance' page.
The ‘Migrate’ button next to the rule will direct the user to a Migration form, where they will be able to select a Compliance Rule matching the criteria outlined to migrate all mappings and documents into.
To have the ability to migrate, users must have ‘Read’ and ‘Edit’ permissions under ‘Document Compliance Migration’ within 'Settings > Security'.
For detailed information on how to use the tool, please refer to the Support Hub migrating a compliance rule help page.
Shared Compliance Rules
Compliance rules can now be used across multiple RAG Grids. This removes the need to create additional rules capturing the same information for the purpose of being added to other RAG Grids.
Once a rule is shared, uploaded documents on one RAG Grid will automatically appear on all RAG grids where the compliance rule is used.
Integration References Permissions
Following customer feedback, we have introduced a new permission which allows non-superusers to add Integration References to properties.
This allows QUOODA® Administrators to delegate populating integration information to different roles within the system by providing ‘Read’ and ‘Add’ permissions under ‘Integration References’ within 'Settings > Security' to the designated role.
Smartforms Available for Adhoc Frequency
Compliance Smartform functionality now supports checklist template links to Adhoc frequency compliance rules.
