Super Users can reset the password of any user within their system in just a few clicks
It is also possible for any user to reset their own password if they have set up a security question. We cover the steps for that on the reset your own password help page. If a user has not set up a security question or forgotten the answer to it, they will need a Super User to help them as per the below steps.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Users
Step 2. Find the user, and click on their record to open it
You can search if you know the user that you are looking for or use any of the filters on any of the table columns. Click on the user to open the record.
Step 3. Click on reset password
This will send an email to the user which contains a link allowing them to reset their password. The Super User that requests the reset will also get a copy of that email in their own mailbox. The link is valid for 72 hours, if not used in that time it will expire and a new link will need to be sent by repeating these steps again. It is recommended that users are reminded to complete these steps as soon as they receive the link, to prevent their access being denied.
For security reasons, the QUOODA® Support Team cannot reset passwords, unlock accounts or carry out any actions in relation to system access. All user access issues must be handled by the organisation's Super Users. They have the access to resolve issues and also know who should have access.
