Our first release in 2025 introduces enhanced security for the Imports module.
Users must now have Imports – ‘Can Read’ role security permissions to view and access the imports functionality. All users with existing visibility of the imports module will retain access after the update.
In addition, users will now require specific permissions to import data via the import templates available.
To import properties via the ‘QUOODA’ template, users must now have a combination of the security permissions below:
- Imports – ‘Can Read’
- Assets - Properties – ‘Can Add’
- Assessments – ‘Can Add’
- Risks – ‘Can Add’
To import assessments and risks via the ‘Assessments & Risks’ template, users must now have a combination of the security permissions below:
- Imports – ‘Can Read’
- Assessments – ‘Can Add’
- Risks – ‘Can Add’
To import tasks via the ‘Tasks’ template, users must now have a combination of the security permissions below:
- Imports - Can Read’
- Tasks – ‘Can Add’
