This release introduces key improvements to our Excel export reporting, including a new queuing mechanism designed to handle large report requests more efficiently, minimising performance impact and maintaining system responsiveness.
We’ve also enhanced the Checklist Statistics Report by User with the addition of Property Contact details, providing greater context and usability.
Finally, two new reports have been introduced to offer further insights into system usage and data history.
Improved Report Access via Email
Reports previously available to superusers have been enhanced to support a more efficient request process. Users can now select the REQUEST button to generate each report:
Once a report has been requested, the button will be disabled. The request timestamp will appear, and hovering over the area will display guidance on how the report will be delivered:
The report will be generated via a new queuing facility. Once complete, a download link will be sent directly to the user by email.
Please note: This update ensures that large reports no longer impact application performance or data access for other users.
Enhanced Report: Checklist Statistics Report by User
The existing Checklist Statistics Report by User has been enhanced to provide greater property-specific context. This update introduces key contact fields, making it easier to understand who is responsible for each property and supporting improved communication and accountability.

This enhancement is especially useful for operational teams looking to cross-reference checklist activity with responsible roles at each property.
New Report: Checklist Statistics by Property
A new report “Checklist Statistics by Property” has been introduced to provide a detailed breakdown of published checklists, focusing on key attributes across properties. The report includes data from both the current and previous year.
This report enables users to extract valuable insights, tailor the data to their specific needs, and integrate it into third-party analysis tools such as Power BI.

The “Checklist Statistics by Property” report can be used by Health & Safety teams to monitor the completion and frequency of critical safety checklists across their property portfolio.
New Report: Archived or Deleted Properties
A new report, Archived or Deleted Properties, has been introduced to provide greater visibility into properties that are no longer active in the system, either due to archiving or deletion.
This report supports audit, compliance, and data governance by capturing detailed metadata for each affected property.

Property Grid: Improved Navigation and options
Building on the grid enhancements introduced in version 2025.5, the ability to right-click and select options on the property grid has now been reintroduced, supporting more flexible user options and navigation.
Set Page as Homepage – Functionality Restored
The option to set a page as your homepage is once again available, offering a personalised start point to streamline daily workflows.
