Release Highlights | 4th March 2025 | Version 2025.2 and Mobile App v2.2
The second release of 2025 introduces key enhancements to association filtering, checklist task management, geolocation controls, and checklist uploads on mobile.
Please make sure that you have updated the mobile app to get access to the new features explained below.
Enhanced Association Filtering
A new filtering capability has been added to all association areas within QUOODA®, enabling users to quickly locate relevant entity details. This is particularly beneficial for clients managing sub-assets, allowing for more efficient navigation and data retrieval.
Improved Checklist Task Management
The new "Review Tasks" feature replaces linked tasks, ensuring that all previously raised open tasks are automatically linked with the relevant checklist. This allows users to update existing tasks in real time, eliminating the need to create duplicate tasks for ongoing issues. As a result, task management becomes more efficient, with greater visibility and continuity across checklists. This update is available on both the web platform and mobile app.
Details instructions are available for reviewing, managing and adding new tasks via the online portal and mobile app.
Refined Geolocation Control
The geolocation control is now available on mobile and has been updated to allow users to capture their current location at one or multiple locations when completing a checklist. Locations can now be captured by using the "Mark My Location" option whilst moving around buildings or sites. The ability to clear and re-mark locations has also been provided.
Optimised Checklist Upload Process
Users completing checklists on the mobile app can now queue completed checklists to upload directly from the checklist view, rather than queuing them in the in-progress section. Once all mandatory fields are completed, the in-progress icon will transition to an upload icon, clearly indicating that the checklist is ready for submission. This enhancement streamlines the upload process and reduces unnecessary steps.
