We’re thrilled to introduce two updates in this release that will enhance your forms and improve task visibility:

Attach Images Directly to Custom Fields

We’ve made it easier than ever to include supporting images in your records. You can now attach images to the following custom fields:

  • TextBox
  • TextArea
  • Yes/No/NA Option
  • Non-task-generating answers in Task Generators

This update means you can now attach images directly to relevant fields. Whether you're adding photos, diagrams, or other forms of evidence, it's all included seamlessly within the same field.

  • When setting up TextBox, TextArea, and Yes/No/NA Option fields, you can enable the ability to attach images using the "Allow Images" setting in your field setup.

  • This feature is available on both web and mobile platforms, ensuring flexibility no matter where you work.
  • When generating PDFs, the images will be displayed right below the corresponding fields, providing clear and organized documentation.

Assign Risk Actions and Compliance Corrective Actions to Entities

Clients who have the Assign to Entity option enabled for checklist task generators can now benefit from the same capability within Risk Action Required and Compliance Corrective Actions.

Now, when selecting the 'Assign To' field on Compliance Corrective Actions or Risk Actions Required, you can assign these actions to the related entity, allowing everyone with access to the entity to see the action raised – just like it currently works for checklist task generators.

Users utilising the QUOODA® Mobile App will be able to see an option to assign an action to an entity when managing risks.

Both the 'Assign to Entity' and 'Assign to Group(s)' options can be enabled or disabled at the request of your Super Users - please contact support for more information.
