Release Highlights | January 2022 | Version 2022.1
Adding Evidence to Risks
The Risks/Uncontrolled Risks grid has been improved so that it can be used to add both Actions and Evidence to uncontrolled risks in a single process.
New Add Action/Evidence From
Clicking into the input box on the risks grid immediately opens a new form for input allowing users to add Actions or Evidence details, including related Images or Documents.
Images and Documents added to new Actions or Evidence using this form will directly associate to the risk and will also contain the reference of the newly added Action or Evidence item allowing easy reference from the Action to the image or document.
Multiple images and/or Documents can be added to the Action or Evidence item and users can stay on the form and add multiple Actions or Evidence using the Save & New option.
NOTE: Images and/or Documents have not been made mandatory, ensuring users can add actions only if required.
Mobile Checklist – Improved Upload Method
The data transfer method for our Mobile Checklist application has been improved. This update removes the direct Mobile app to QUOODA® connection and instead sends data to a secure staging area where it awaits collection by QUOODA®, the data is collected every 15 minutes. This removes QUOODA®/Mobile app connectivity issues and facilitates improved connectivity diagnosis.
Managing Agent Field added to the QUOODA® Import Spreadsheet
Managing Agent can be enabled within QUOODA® for those users requiring this field on properties. Where this is enabled the field is now included within the QUOODA® import spreadsheet created for imports.
Additional columns available in Assessments/Risks view
The Hazard, Location and Topic fields are now available on the Assessments/Risk tab allowing users to add them to the current grid view including the option to filter or sort as required.
Images uploaded by Mobile App checklists – Duplicates prevented
The Mobile App checklist feature now prevents duplicate images from being associated to a single task.
