Release Highlights | March 2022 | Version 2022.3
Technical Enhancement:
Our February release of QUOODA® contained important updates to our development
platforms. Our March release continues with enhancements designed to improve the overall
user experience. Specifically this month we have made significant changes to the file upload
process in order to improve the overall user experience in terms of performance and
reliability.
Feature Enhancements:
Task Grid Improvement: New filters have been added to the Task Grid view. The form loads
showing all Tasks according to the users Role Permissions (Default view). Users can then
choose from three quick access filters to refine the Task Grid view according to their needs.
The Filters available are:
- Assigned To Me – Shows all tasks assigned to the current user.
- Assigned To My Buildings – Shows all tasks assigned to any user for the users
buildings. - Added By Me – Shows all tasks the user has created.
The screen loads with the user's usual view within the Tasks Grid. The new Filter option is
visible on the top left-hand side of the screen
Users can select any combination from the Filters available to refine the view:
Users can clear the filters to return to their default view.
Task Grid Improvement: Multiple assignees on a task cause the row on the grid to expand
disproportionately within the row. QUOODA® will now display the first five recipients
followed by “…” ellipses to represent additional recipients. Full details of the recipient are
available within the task
Adverse Events/Look up: Property Reference has been added to the Property lookup
fields to aid in the identification of the correct property
