Our May release of QUOODA® contains an improvement made to sub-asset association – users can now update data permissions of other users when associating a sub-asset to a property all in one page. The release also includes some minor bug fixes and text alignment corrections in different areas of the software.
Feature Enhancements:
Association Improvement: When associating a sub-asset from a property, the system now provides users with the option to update user data permissions right after the association is made:
By selecting ‘Yes’, the user who made the new association can easily provide all users with existing access to the property permission to now access the newly associated sub-asset as well.
Error Messages: Error messages have been updated to provide more detail when uploading a file and when filling in a risk. Compliance corrective action date validation text has also been updated to only show once as opposed to as many times as ‘Save’ was selected.
File Upload Improvement: Users can now pause and resume uploads through all upload windows:
