Property Batch Update
Our December release of QUOODA® introduces the Property Batch Update feature where users can
now update property record information in bulk.
Selecting ‘Batch Update’ will open a form for users to select the items they wish to update and select
the properties the change is applicable to below the form on the properties grid.
Please note that once changes are applied, they cannot be reversed.
New Compliance and Assessment Frequencies
New frequencies of ‘Every 14 Months’ and ‘Every 4 Months’ have been added to the list of
frequencies within Compliance and Assessment Modules.
New Reports
Excel spreadsheet reports providing additional data have been added to the ‘Reports’ section:
- User Performance League Table – This shows the count of properties, uncontrolled risks and out-of-date documents for every user on the system. Access is limited to Superusers only.
- Monthly QUOODA Statistics – This shows details of how many properties and other items in the system were added/archived for the last month.
- Sub-Asset Compliance Mapping Report – This shows a list of all sub-assets, their associations, and mappings. Access is limited to Superusers only.
- Full Compliance Report - A combination of Compliant, Out of Date and Not Provided items list. Access is limited to Superusers only.
Please note that access to the ‘Report’ section is determined by role-based security management.
Mobile App – Favourites Section
Users can now indicate their most frequently used checklist templates as ‘favourites’ on the mobile app.
