QUOODA® Mobile App

We are pleased to inform you that the phased deployment of the new QUOODA® Mobile App has been completed and it is now available to everyone. The new app includes:

  • A completely refactored checklist upload process which is significantly more reliable
  • A new display to show how an upload is progressing
  • An option to re-queue and retry failed uploads
  • A facility to delete successfully uploaded checklists

This is a completely new app and switching over can be done in 3 simple steps. The following points are very important, please read them carefully:

  1. Upload everything you are already working on within the old app. Any work not uploaded will be irretrievably lost when you uninstall.
  2. Once all of you're In Progress and Orphaned checklists have been uploaded, you can safely uninstall the old app from your device.
  3. Install the new app using the links below.

Even more new mobile features

We have been listening to feedback during the beta and phased rollout and the following new features have been added to the mobile app:

  • All questions that have answers that lookup data from within QUOODA® now have the option to search for the option you need. This includes questions like ‘completed by’ which looks up users within QUOODA® or ‘asset’ which looks up properties.
  • The app will now automatically check for template updates each time it is opened and download any changes without the need for any manual intervention.

Document compliance – pdf preview and email

We have continued to roll out the PDF ‘preview’ and ‘send via email’ options to make viewing and sharing documents easier for QUOODA® users. In this update the document compliance RAG has been added to the areas that this is available:

  • You can preview the document using the icon
  • Open the expanded options using the button to download or send via email

Updates to the Support Hub

We are constantly expanding the online user guides available via https://support.quooda.com/. This month we have added help articles covering the following topics:
