Technical Enhancement:
Our April release contains performance improvements made to the Property ‘Open Record’
page. The ‘Compliance’ tab within the property record will load information only when the tab
is opened, as opposed to when the ‘Open Record’ button has been selected. Compliance
upload view via the Property ‘Compliance’ tab has also been updated to show the ‘Save’ button,
rather than ‘Save & Close’ as the record does not close after a compliance item is uploaded.
New Features:
Multi-Task Generation: An option to assign tasks individually has been added to newly added
tasks via the Tasks Module. By selecting this option, users can generate copies of the same
tasks, sent to the selected users individually.

Each copy of the task will have its own unique Task ID and will be assigned to a single user from the selected group. The task will also generate a ‘Multi Task ID’ that will be the same for all copies of the task created, giving users the ability to monitor the status of each individual task simply by searching or filtering by the ‘Multi Task ID’.
A ‘Multi Task ID’ column has been added to the list of available columns. - Multi-task view on the Tasks Grid
NOTE: This feature is available only via Tasks Module and only for Tasks that are newly added.
Feature Enhancements/Resolutions:
Task Improvement: Superusers can now remove the ‘Assign to Group’ option when
assigning tasks via Settings – Configuration - Company Configuration.
