Our June release of QUOODA® contains the following enchantments:
- Sub-asset Association and Data Permission improvement
- Task Batch Update
- Better error handling
- Better Role Security for Settings
- File Upload Improvement
- Associated Asset information display
Feature Enhancements:
Association Improvement: When associating a sub-asset from a property, the system now provides users with the option to update user data permissions right after the association is made:
By selecting ‘Yes’, the user who made the new association can easily provide all users with existing access to the property permission to now access the newly associated sub-asset as well.
Task Batch Update: A Task Batch Update button is now available on both the Task Module grid and the Task Widget Drilldown page.

By selecting ‘Batch Update’, users can select multiple tasks they wish to update, fill in the desired fields or comment and save to update the selected tasks with the information provided.
Please note that Task Batch Update does not support ‘Action’ type tasks.
Error Messages: Error messages have been updated to provide more detail when uploading a file and when filling in a risk. Compliance corrective action date validation text has also been updated to only show once as opposed to as many times as ‘Save’ was selected.
File Upload Improvement: Users can now pause and resume uploads through all upload windows:
Cockpit Dashboard Drilldown Information: When a sub-asset is associated with a property and is mapped to a compliance rule, the compliance drill-down page will now show information as to which property the sub-asset is associated to:
Settings Security: The system will now prevent access to settings menu items if ‘READ’ ‘ADD’ ‘EDIT’ access to settings is not there within the security section for a user role.
