Improvements to Property Records
Our October release of QUOODA® introduces widgets within the Property Record ‘Overview’ Tab:
Users will now be able to see Risks, Compliance, Tasks and Checklist information related to the property directly from the Property Record.
Users can click on these new widgets to be taken directly to the linked records (the checklist widget does not offer redirection at this time).
QUOODA® Mobile App –Beta Testing
Our Mobile App beta testing trial is now complete for our new, re-engineered mobile app. The new app has been developed to improve stability and performance, regardless of what type of mobile device or network is used.
We would like to thank all users who participated in the trial and continue to provide valuable feedback to our team.
We are now beginning the rollout of the live app to users, and this will take place over the coming month. If you or any of your users are interested in joining the early phases of this rollout, please reach out to our support team.
Mobile ‘Assign To’ Options
If the ‘Assign to Entity’ option is removed from checklist tasks on Desktop, this is now reflected on the Mobile App as well:
Checklist PDF –Task Information
Checklist PDFs for published checklists with Tasks will now reflect all updates done to the task and not only the Task Status. Users will be able to see new due dates and the latest comments made.

The help icon will now redirect users to a knowledge base portal where user guides and a variety of training materials are available. Users can submit a request via the portal:
