Improvements to PDFs
Our September release of QUOODA® contains an additional option to send a PDF on the system via email directly to another user or a specific email address:
This option is now available on Checklist, Adverse Events and Permit to Work PDFs.
11 Monthly Frequency
A new frequency of ‘Every 11 Months’ has been added to Compliance and Assessments.
Sub-asset Association Improvement
Users can now associate a sub-asset to the property via the sub-asset screen without the association method affecting the RAG view.
QUOODA Mobile App – Beta Testing
Our Mobile App beta testing trial has now begun for our new, re-engineered mobile app. The new app has been developed to improve our platforms and resolve connectivity and diagnostic issues. Watch out for future improvements coming soon.

Beta Testing - Improvements Released
The latest Mobile App Beta release includes upload status indicators for checklists that are being published via app and ability to remove successfully uploaded checklists.
Users can now see what the app is doing during uploads and in case of a failed upload, the stage at which it has failed. This provides better opportunities for troubleshooting:
Users can also remove successfully uploaded checklists from the Uploads page to clear out the data stored on the app:
